With this feature, your 2024 Tahoe can adapt to road conditions. Available on the Z71 and High Country trims, this clever feature increases or decreases the ride height to meet your environment best, giving you more clearance when you need it or a lower, more aerodynamic ride. Plus, it adapts the suspension to your driving conditions, too.
#5 A Fun Performance Edition
The RST Performance Edition brings street-ready looks and features to this traditional people hauler. With a massive 433 hp, it will give spirited drivers the kick they want, and with Brembo Brakes, they can come from a high speed to a total stop with confidence. Add the Police-Spec tires, and this Edition, put simply, looks fantastic.
#6 Three Diverse Powertrains
The 2024 Tahoe has three different powertrains, each of which can be enjoyed in a rear or four-wheel drive model and will appeal to its driver. They are as follows:
- A 5.3L EcoTec V8 with Dynamic Fuel Management. This engine offers all the powers of a V8, with the fuel efficiency of Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM). DFM works by shutting down some of the vehicle’s cylinders when full power isn’t required to boost fuel economy. Enjoy the Tahoe’s maximum towing figure here of 8,400 lbs.
- A 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 with DFM. This engine boasts fuel efficiency similar to the 5.3L V8 but sees a jump in hp and lb-ft. of torque for those with more serious applications. You can tow 8,300 lbs with this powertrain.
- A Duramax 3.0L Turbo-Diesel. Get the best MPG of all three powertrains here while enjoying impressive towing and payload capacities. Expect a towing capability of 8,200 lbs with this engine.
